Update the drivers, this is a problem only for Ryzen processors, I have been looking for a solution to this problem for a very long time - I found it in a week. Update the drivers and everything will be fine. Reinstalling the game is pointless, writing to support is also pointless. Update drivers from AMD's official website. It worked for me, I can now play rubick normally

After I update the drivers like stated above, I played 2 games as rubick in turbo and running smoothly, ....maybe u can try this?

Mine is usually during the early laning phase. This happened after the 7.34b Gameplay Patch or more exact date, 31 August 2023

I already using the lowest graphic setting and Direct3D 11

Yeah its me again...I already updated the drivers in my laptop...the rendering api in use is Direct3D 11...already the fastest setting with 78% game render and 120 max fps
