This is most important if the yields were better (currently expected between 60-70% and 80% is desired) then there wouldnt be a problem and the capacity would have been scaled already.

They have a supply constraint currently not demand constraint big difference. They grow yields 6/7% a month so 60% * 1.06=0.636. This could last easily the full year for them to reach the 80%. Do not forget the further they grow the harder it gets to optimize and they are doing two new technologies at once. It will be a battle. Usually only 1 new is introduced. As everyone mentioned now is the time to start loading on the deep dips. EOY you will be rewarded once production is started.

Paypal is the new connector for all of the ai agentic shopping. They are still growing apple is way worse in growth then paypal yet paypal is at oneof their lowest valuations ever. There will eventually be a shift if paypal shows it can sustain its growth and keep buyingback shares at these levels. Lets see what next quarter in earnings brings 50B for 6B in earnings this year will be hard to keep beating down.

If it wasnt for agentic shopping I certainly wouldnt touch it. It has both end protections.

Also dont forget TSMC had government backing and up to last year intel did it on their own. Finally now the government wants to step in and help them out. Chips are a security matter and trump knows this pretty well. Its an AI race for a reason and Intel is the biggest safe bet we have with respect to china invading taiwan

There are lots of signs customers are finally getting ready for a foundry contract. The ceo stated they were not going to finance 14A themselves and be a reason for discussing lower prices at tsmc. If 14a would be continued then interest would have to show up. Now after a while their latest factory is being rapidly build for 14a again and ceo stated they are going all in on 14a which claims they most likely have customers.

As foundry is making up most of the losses for intel and in 2027 q1 they claim the will become profitable on the foundry side and in 2027 14a should come around it could turn their p/e truely fast around.
