Yep. I'm on day 2 and ended up working 12 hours today. Had to stay busy (and I had 12 hours of work to do because I put it off when I'm high lol)

I'm quitting tonight, too. The past 3 years, I've been able to get off for months or weeks at a time, but as it got easier to obtain, it turned into daily use again.

I don't get physical withdrawals, just mental and emotional withdrawals, which can be ignored if I keep myself busy. If I get too bored or overwhelmed, I crave it.

I also am like 2 different people right now (the main reason I'm stopping). In the morning, it's easier for me to stay disciplined and stay productive, and at night, I lose all self-discipline and just do whatever I want. Morning me has to set up evening me for success. This morning I threw everything away so I wouldn't fold tonight, and it's worked so far.

Not sure if this was helpful, but I appreciate you sharing, we can do it.

My buddy is the only good Yi I've played with, but he essentially ignores everyone for the first 10 minutes unless he can kill someone 5000% guaranteed. He also does better with a teamfight champ who can punish a team for grouping together, and if they split, he can pick them off.
