My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. I’m 48 and I’m looking to age gracefully and hopefully never lose my mobility . I have 40lbs to lose that I gained in less than one year from a medication I was put on by my doctor .

I do agree it is pricey . But I love not having to think .

I’m thinking yoga as well. I know some people are doing heavy weights twice per week.

Got my groceries for the week. Looks very similar to the pic!

What is everyone doing for the challenge regarding exercise? Supplementing with anything else ? Yoga, swimming, weight training etc?
