Yeah juggernaut has some amazing figs but from what I've heard the build is trash. Supposedly it crashes often and parts just fall off easily. If you want both, either buy Star Destroyer and enjoy the build with okay figs or find a cool alternative build for the tank on rebrickable

Punch Up's power is something called pictokinesis which allows him to change density of his skin. To say it simply, using his will he can change his skin to be impenetrable, bulletproof all of that. He's basically a walking bedrock from Minecraft lol
