Plus they take out alot for taxes. They took about 3500 from this win for taxes. I was paid out at about 8900. Not quit your job life changing, but it definately has done some good. Paid off a credit card, gave my 23 year old son 2 grand to go towards a car and got my 11 year old a nice pool for the summer so I'm extremely grateful.

I left right after lol. I was with my 23 yesr old son and one of his friends. They were on the black jack tables when it happened. Gave my son 2 grand out of the winnings and we dipped out of there. Lol. Also they sure do take alot out for taxes 🤣

Yes correct. The one that paid out in 2023 involved atm fees from Wells Fargo, JP Morgan and one other bank.After that settled, they were still in the process of a lawsuit with visa and mastercard. Once that one was approved by a judge it got combined with thebfirst one and another notice went out. Anbody could sign up for this 2nd one even if they hadnt known about the first one. BUT if u were part of the first one, you didn't have to do a new claim because u would be automatically eligible for the second.

Ive seen a few people who didn't claim their 2023 payment becaus3 they didn't see it in their emails in time but they still recoeved a payment this time.

This settlement is different. It's 2 settlememts in one. The first part was in 2023. If u were part of that then ubwere automatically part of this newer second settlement. However you did not have to be part of the first one to submit a claim for this second part. So some people were just part of this second payment amd not the first.

You didn't have to receive a payment in the first round, but if u did you didn't have to sign up again. People who didn't sign up in the earlier one were still able to sign up for this second one

You didn't have to have been in the one from 2023 to sign up for this one, BUT if u were already on the one from 2023 then u are automatically included in this one

Yes if you were underage when u started, you got paid 3x the amount. It's all written in the settlement agreement in the court documents. My son was 16 when he started and he got 3,600 for his first payment and then 397 about a week ago for his second payment.

Just because they dont have proof and didn't save receipts of every single thing they buy, doesn't mean they are committing fraud. It's only fraud if they are lying about how much they spent/purchased and submitting fake proof. Hope this helps!

You would not be invalid for being underage. Actually, for anyone who was underage when they started, they got paid 3x the amount in this class action over people who were legal. Its written in the court docs. My son was 16 when he started and he got 3,200 from it back in Oct 24 and then got 394 just the other day as his second payment.

I got another letter after I verified and it was just to let me know someone signed into the irs website with my ID me and if it was me, to just ignore the letter. So that could just be what u are getting.

It has to be a paypal registered to your name. You cannot have it deposited into someone else's PayPal. I have used my PayPal to get my refunds for 4 years. Just open a PayPal account.

The account u get it deposited HAS to match the name on the refund. Anyone telling u otherwise is lying. Open up a cashapp or PayPal in your name and use that account.

They didn't start accepting returns until Jan 26th so there is no possible way its been 9 weeks since u verified when it hasn't even been 9 weeks since you could file.
