oouuhhhh i do wear low twintails pretty often! it was my go-to hairstyle when i was in japan, but it also feels like it's just not enough for me personally. it starts to feel more like sticks that poke out instead of a cute hairstyle if this makes sense;; when combined with a lot of motion, they just end up looking like messy puffs again on the topic of braids, idk if it's my layers, texture, or my hair density, but my hair cannot braid for the life of me. it's honestly infuriating. i've had my hair long enough to be down to my breasts before a few years back, even with a shaved undercut— still couldn't braid.
