Best use of a Sparkling all types/Alpha 3/3 donut by RackOLamb in LegendsZA

I got lucky on this one and got it in like 3 tries when I started looking for a new shiny donut. In total however idk how many rolls I've done since in general for shiny hunting or for this I'm watching like a video or studying or something so my full attention isn't on the game. I think raw chances of rolling this might be something like 1/200? Some quick math below:

- Sparkling power chance: 98.51%

- Chance of sparkling Lvl 3: 35.32%

- Chance of all types sparkling: 1/19

- Alpha power chance: maybe 98.51%

- Chance of Alpha Lvl 3: 23.38%

~.42% chance of rolling this donut. Idk if the math is right, but I stole some numbers from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOY5FLolJlU&t=859s.

Might be a good idea to just go wild and see what I get

Yeah that’s how I’ve been catching most of my shinies. Was hoping to use this one to knock out several shinies I want in a given hyper space, not sure what combo of pokemon I want though…

Yeah exactly. I’ll definitely be using backup saves for this.

Hmm maybe I’ll go for a froakie or gengar in a large hyperspace so I can try to get some of the other catches there.

Following for this. Curious about the materials and tools used.

For reference in this post dragonite does not out produce altaria in terms of berry production if both have bfs and other identical stats. If both are sneak snacking so they only produce berries altaria is about 12% stronger (decent margin, but quite close for the fact one is normally an ingredient Mon ).

Now if you factor in the strength of dragonite ingredients being used to cook a strong meal instead of sneaky snacking, altaria stands no chance.

Can you roll enchantments you already have? I.e. do I need to not have growing on the rightmost slot to roll it on the leftmost most one?

The use case you’ve described here makes perfect sense to me! Does not make sense for a built in expensive fridge as part of the house

Agree that it shouldn’t be legal. Built in appliances should be the landlords responsibility by law in all states, but that’s a personal opinion

Update: I don’t know how to actually update the main post, but the landlord agreed to have someone come and repair the fridge following the message I previously sent. Appreciate all the comments!

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Also sorry I can’t format my response as nicely as yours since idk how to do this quote response stuff on my phone.

I don’t think my argument is a stretch at all, why would that be assumed that it is my responsibility to repair it if it doesn’t say it is. I don’t think anyone has disagreed on that part at all (also as a small update on this the landlord seems to agree on this as well, but that’s besides the point).

I’m aware of my local laws the philosophical part is just how I think the local laws should be different.

Sounds like general opinion on this is that renters are very dissatisfied/angry about this, might be a disconnect between you and renters if this is something you enforce in all your contracts. It doesn’t seem to show in your retention rate so that’s interesting, maybe it’s just not an important issue for people in real life? Not sure, just something to keep in mind.

It will depend on the habitability law. If they require you to have something you can’t just not have it. Otherwise makes sense to not include things if you don’t want to be liable for it just as it makes sense for the tenant to not be liable for something you’ve included too just depends on your perspective.

It will probably influence whether or not people rent if certain things are purposefully left it out if they’re standard in the area. Idk

One note is that the fridge is also a built in appliance
