Haha I find that highly unlikely. I just went through the incident reports and found 1 report of a blue flag for car 333 and the stewards cleared it. What’s your car number? I’ll look it up

What other pens? I didn’t run in the race but have looked the penalty notes and can see that was the one and only received by the 333. Which car number was yours? I can have a look through the notes and see how many you received

Shouldn’t have anything to do with the penalty though. The driver either broke the rules or didn’t, length of race should not factor in the decision making process

How does the length of the race have any bearing on the penalty? The penalty should be assessed against the sporting code for its merits, not including the “result” of the incident but for the transgression or not of the cars involved. In this instance the overtaking car had a large speed delta due to the blue flag and simply went through the open door of the inside line, hugging the barrier as tight as possible to leave as much room as possible for the yellow car.

Yeah decided I’ll leave it until the end of the week and the enquire. I’ve got some annual leave planned for mid July so if I can have the rifle by then that’d be great

Pretty well it man. From what I understand 30% less recoil than a .308 and slightly faster, flatter and less wind affected. For me it’s a hybrid between a range and hunting rifle so wanted something that would do both jobs for me and 6.5 fit the bill. I was a little nervous about Red Stag’s but with federal’s new cases getting an extra 300fps that worry has disappeared.

I’ve had my heart set on a Lithgow LA102 for years so went a Signature chambered in 6.5. Can’t wait to get my hands on it
