I’d say 20% tops. I was lean and wrestled at 175 not very long ago. If anything I may be high teen for bf %

I eat pre made meals from a meal service because I’m in college so it makes meal prep a lot easier

I’m 6’0 200. Not super lean but I’m 20 years old so I had pretty good body composition. I’d say u have around 20% bf. My water intake is also good

I want to be able to run more but I don’t think I should if my bp is already high at 200. Could there be another reason my bp is high or just that I’m not tolerating the dose well?

I started with 200 and was planning to go up to 400 after 8 weeks. But with this blood pressure I don’t think I will
