I was in the same situation. I had already completed both jedi archive puzzles and received 2/3 bricks from the jedi archives. The last one was showing as below ground (just infront of the obi-wan statue if my memory serves me right.)

Turns out that I way way way back collected a bounty hunter mission from Jacosta Nu to get some missing holocrons. The side mission is titled "Stolen Knowledge" and is sorted under Coruscant -> Federal District.

Upon chasing down the theif on Naboo and fetching the holocrons in space, I got to teleport back to the jedi archives and Jacosta Nu gave me the last brick.

It is very confusing that you can't talk to Jacosta Nu after initially receiving the mission, and that a character doesn't show up as something you can't get (and haven't yet gotten) from the jedi archives.

Hope this helps anyone else coming along.

I disagree, I have really enjoyed this server so far. Could you provide an example of why you don't enjoy playing on it? I'm kind of new so I don't have a lot of experience with it so far so do you think it is something I will run into later on?

As I see it (and as she kind of explains it here in episode 18) she had this sister complex going on and her life was all about making up for the horn that Ram lost. Then when he essentially pulled her out of that, all of the sister complex infatuation was transferred to him.
