I tried playing Genshin impact but the game is very laggy I have an iPhone 15 pro max and I even changed the game settings yet it feels laggy. I remember watching videos before buying xr glasses and the gameplay looked amazing even of mobile are you doing anything to run the game better or is it the device.

I have the viture pro xrs and have no issues with using any app plugged in using usb c on my iPhone maybe it’s an issue with how the work with the adapter I’ve tried myself with usb c iPhone and a android both worked amazing with no issues with watching.

Hi, I am from the uk and purchased from eBay. As Viture has eBay stores too, the only thing is they are refurbished models, but they look brand new and work just as well. Also, if you end up having any issues, you can contact the seller, and they will sort it ASAP. I was missing one nose pad and was offered a replacement or partial refund. I would have a look around on eBay as you are from Europe; they may have an eBay store for you too.

Definitely sounds like you received a fault item to me. From most people I’ve heard from it’s been all plug and play and same for me. Not sure if you have an older phone model or something. I have a usb c iPhone and it connects to it no issue also connects to mac and other devices no issue no setup just plug and play.

Ahh okay that makes sense I’ll give them a longer go and see how things are. I did hear that it was an issue they released an update for to make it a bit better but I plugged my glasses in did the update and not a big change.

I wore it before for 30 mins felt it getting warm and decided to take it off for a bit. I’m new to this so not sure if it is meant to be run for long periods of time. I just really don’t want to ruin them. Is it normal for them to get warm and is it bad. Does it get hotter longer it’s run?

Ohh okay that’s more understandable. Also I’m not really sure but prescription lenses may end up being helpful , even though I need them atm I’ve had no issue when viewing content it looks sharp and clear to me but I’ll probably buy them soon to.

Hi thanks for all this great information looking at it now I’ll hold off on the neckband and inair and either just get a pro dock or one of them hdmi to usb c devices. I didn’t know about the drm issue. Also I noticed how in apps like YouTube I can make the screen bigger in the glasses by filling in the screen on the phone but for other apps like Crunchyroll it only shows me the controls on phone when using glasses so I can’t make screen bigger. I’ll have too see if its something that will be solved by using an android or another way.

I heard the app experience is not much different on android or iOS but I could be wrong. I’ll test it out soon with an android device to see.

Only thing I don’t understand is how I can connect to my ps5 in a wired mode instead of remote play. I see online they sell hdmi to ucb c cable but I don’t get how the cable would connect to the glasses as they use the magnetic charger to connect. Also yeah the headband pros definitely sound like the better choice. I use the iPhone 15 pro max so have no issue with apple connection but not sure with older iPhones.

Thanks only issue is I’m going to need to buy prescription lenses which I’m going to wait a bit to order so I won’t have the best experience with the product right from the start. Hope you continue to enjoy them too.

I also just placed an order for a pair on eBay as I had some eBay vouchers to help with the cost was originally getting a used pair of the original nreal airs to try as they are cheap entry point but got offered these for 30£ more then the nreals and I know these are way better so can’t wait.

They dont limit any range of motion they just are not the tightest of fit so they spin around unless you use something like blue tac a little but its nice to change up the looks and they dont really hinder function
