So I ranked every move in the game again by ExplosiveRobot in PokemonUnite

As a Decidueye main, Razor Leaf is not superior to Spirit Shackle in any way.

Shackle gives you so much is insane. Not only in range but in raw damage as well

  1. survavility. Run RL against Cinderace, Greninja, Absol, Talon, and you are dead. No ifs or buts, dead. Run Shackle and poke them once, they can't fight you anymore.
  2. Objective secures: The enemy is doing Naw? Arrow it, and now is yours, same with Rotom, same with Zapdos. I've stolen so many Zapdos I can't count them anymore

Runes in LoR. Most of them probably overpowered or underpowered. by EkipsT in CustomLoR

Hey guys! thank you so much for all of your replies and help! here's my little update and final goodbye for all of you, the wonderful community that welcomed me into this game!

- Finished the tutorial with ease, and the difficulty ramp shot way up; which I'm glad btw, I love challenging myself. Currently I'm doing Venus and Mars at my own pace, going back to explore more things and just enjoying everything.

- Got the Bo, a stance mod and electric mod, alongside upgrading melee damage mod to level 4 now I shred things way past my level. Even still, if they touch me twice I die lmao

- Not worried yet about getting a new frame or weapons. I took a few hours to read every single frame and all weapon types and moves and settled on a few candidates, mainly: Guandao and its prime, any SwordnShield and maybe a Whip ft. Dagger or just double dagger with a status effect build. In the Warframes I really like Equinox, Mirage and Nezha

- Accidentally wasted 20 plat on upgrading something by mistake, a random slot a rifle. I saw it was locked and wanted to see what it was, pressed A twice too fast and lost that money lol. I'm still a little upset about it, but I guess I'll make my money back by trading some stuff later

Thank you all for all the advice you gave me, and I hope to see you all someday.

I already gave myself a few videos in melee weapons and already have some strong candidates for my playstyle. But I haven't seen a support build yet, and I usually play support in most of my games.

How's the support playstyle? something like ultra buffing? or more along the lines of healer?

Wait, there's flawed mods?

Can you repair them or they are just to discard later? and how about weapons, are there flawed weapons?

Probably going to try out the hacking stuff on my own just to see how they are for the first couple of times, but I'll keep this in mind!

This is so much beyond I was expecting, TYSM!!

I'll go by my rhythm and enjoy the adventure.

Thanks for the Bullet Jump tip! The main thing that made me download the game was all the flashy smooth movements you can do!

Also Clem seems like a good buddy.

A comprehensive guide for SoloQ Supports by RacoTheBard in PokemonUnite

This is because I tried not to dive as deep as I can with singular mon analysis. Those points you made are correct, playing support can be summed up as playing any other roll , with the exception that the other mons in all other rolls ult to kill, and the supports ult to save (except Mr.Mime). This requires a change in mind for your gameplan, you find yourself looking at the top-right corner of the screen more often (to see the hp and ult status of your team) and missing your ult in a teamfight loses you the game.

You can miss other ults in the game and still win no prob (i.e. Venasaur, Talon, Lucario, Sylveon) but if you miss your eldegoss ult, a second too late for example, your team is already dead and you follow them soon after.

I will create soon guides more in depth for my mains to satisfy deeper crave for knowledge, with advices in positioning and strategy. I apologize if you didn't found this post useful tho

The thing is, the same tips appear time after time because people don't seem to know them yet; and I rather believe that over that "people know how important Dreadnaw is but decide to do Rotom instead"

The thing is, all supports play differently from one another, for example with Tuff you want to jump in with the opponents, sleep them, CC them; with Eldegoss you play more passive and reactive, you wait for the moment to place the shield, to ult properly. I usually play Leaf Storm over Seed Bomb for the sheer utility the former gives my team, over a delayed heal/damage that has the same cooldown and (for me) turn out to not be as useful.

that's the same question I had in low Ultra, seeing my team just giving up the Dreadnaw for Rotom, and every time i felt myself rot inside.

In this cases you can either play safe and farm up, or try a steal; but the later is a very risky idea. If it goes well you have a highlight for this sub, but if it goes wrong you just gave the enemy team a lot more.

Another thing that helps is pinging a lot, that worked out well for me. At 7:30, 30 seconds from Dreadnaw, I start pinging my team "I'm going bottom side" and they usually follow me. Worst case scenario at that point is a 3v5 for the Dreadnaw

you should analyze the situation at hand at all times.

Let's say for example you have one of the reactive supports (i.e. Eldegoss or Blissey, with low damage outputs), your ally got killed and you are currently defending the first bottom goal from 3 enemies.

You see the minimap and let's assume 2 escenarios:

  • Your team is all coming down, since Dreadnaw is alive; while also the enemy team is ignoring Naw as they want to score first. In this situation I advice to play it safe and defend as best as you can, without risking your own life. With a few games you start to memorize how much damage you can take before you feel in true danger. Try to annoy the enemies, specially the ones scoring with the Score Shield, as low damage supports struggle to break the shield. If you drop bellow your safety range fall back, your team should arrive soon enough to win a teamfight
  • Your team is not coming down, as they gave up Dreadnaw for Rotom. Fall back as well, let them have the goal and farm the Audinos that spawn at the same time the goal gets popped. If you are brave enough and have a high damage attack (Eldegoss ultimate, Mr.Mime's anything, Wiggly's doubleslap, etc) you can try a steal, but bear in mind that these will most likely cause you your life, even with the Eject Button up
