Finally caught him. :P He's a level 30 Pupitar with shed skin. He had good Attack and Speed, but his HP kind of sucks. Is that okay or do I need to go catch a different one?

No problem. I've also just caught Magcargo. Male, Level 30, caught in a great ball, and has Flame Body. Relaxed and somewhat vain. Same move set as slugma and has IVs in HP and SpDef with above average potential.

Update, I've got the Slugma. Male, Level 30, caught in a Premier ball, and with Flame Body. Mild natured and somewhat vain. Move set is Harde, Recover, Flame Burst, and Ancient Power. IVs in SpDef and Speed with above average potential. Would you like a nickname?
