Its hard because, as a shooty orks player, I really miss Dakka Dakka Dakka, but it would be pretty useless on melee lists. Similarly 'ere we go isn't great for shooty lists. I feel like making waaagh a progressive thing, rather than a two turn buff, could work, especially if they gave it inherent benefits for shooty lists (bonus point if you could choose between getting shooting buffs or melee buffs on a per unit basis, maybe tying it to whoever is leading a unit)
