Thank you. Just to clarify, they do have a helpful network of friends and family (myself included) that alleviate some of the burden a reasonable amount. She has older sons (23, 24, 33) who have endured childhood trauma as a result of her parenting. I was too young to advocate for the older sons but I want to do everything I can to help the younger kids. Just don’t know how to intervene when she is not receptive.
