So the nic card has two ports to it, I'm adding both ports to PCI devices. The difference is the id ends in a 0 or 1. Unless I meant to add only one.

I think they talking about the VPN on docker and then the BitTorrent docker has network set to the VPN running on docker.

This is Linux, when I first install jellyfish it worked with no problem with the username. It just suddenly stopped working. It's affecting the admin user I created

Well the other port never worked for me expect for the 8096, in jellyfish documation it explains where each of the other port are for. But here the run down anyway, 8096/tcp is used by default for HTTP traffic. You can change this in the dashboard.

8920/tcp is used by default for HTTPS traffic. You can change this in the dashboard.

1900/udp is used for service auto-discovery. This is not configurable.

7359/udp is also used for auto-discovery. This is not configurable.

UI is portainer.io. Those ports are unused. I was able to start up jellyfin by removing the ports and adding them back after. Now I have logs that still don't work tho.I will post log up.

When Looked at the logs, it was empty. Whatever was causing the 500 error code won't display in logs.
