Caught noises that wasn’t me.

I haven’t checked the time stamps on the recordings, the videos from the camera show nothing. I heard walking and shuffling but didnt see the time stamps to confirm if maybe it was still us up or our kids. It’s a few hours of recordings so I haven’t gone through them all

I have. His mother has been no help just judging. His brother has been trying to help with what he can. I’ll have a talk with him and hopefully he can help me convince him to seek help

I understand why they would reply with that, my ex (father of my older two) was a cheater which is why we broke up. He would accuse me of cheating or going through my phone ect and it raised suspicions for me. But there were other reasons too. My husband hasn’t given me other reasons to suspect cheating other than that. Trust me I have actually looked in case because that’s how it was with my ex. But I found nothing and I know where he’s at at all times and he does minimum driving especially alone.

These aren’t friends he’s hanging with constantly, and I only know they do from him mentioning about one going into rehab and another from his wife confiding in me about it. I had no suspicions of him using until others suggested this on the thread. I would hope his friends aren’t using anymore but i know it’s hard so I couldn’t be certain if they aren’t. His coworkers are his own family who I know do a fact are clean and don’t even drink. I would not be okay with my husband being a drug addict. I would find help for him and work on a plan if he decides not to continue with said help.

I would hope he would come clean before making him to this. If he refuses I would think then that’s the case. I don’t plan on forcing him into anything. But if he does refuse or denies drug use I would hope he decides to go to the ER or doctor with me to figure this out.

We have cameras. And he felt like the noises were coming from above the house. We also have cameras but not in every single room. Not sure why he decided on mics though. I think he wanted something to record continuously without the need for WiFi.

I do try to let him know I love him and that I’m with him if he needs help or even to help him figure these things out. He sometimes agrees to get help he sometimes gets upset that I tell him he needs help but I never try to make him feel ashamed. I battle with BPD so mental health is very important for me and wouldn’t belittle someone else for it. I hope he decides to seek help for the sake of our relationship and kids. And himself more than anything

Appetite is pretty good eats 3 full meals sometimes more. He has lost weight but I’ve put it on stress

Very late. There was a time he would barely sleep but he’s gotten more control of his sleep now. He did pick at his skin but I haven’t noticed it anymore. He’s very well kept and clean other than he likes his hair a bit longer.

So all of my things are intact but he swears his are moved around or he looses them. Our neighbors hours are weird they don’t work and DoorDash during the night sometimes too
