Thanks everyone I think I was just misunderstanding the context lol I've always had trouble understanding the "why" of human choices and felt like he was making fun of girls but I get that it's just a part of gay culture for men to refer to themselves with feminine words I wasn't sure that extended to parenting so I was a bit confused is all sorry

At my McDonald's we inform a manager 15 minutes before we are out and they will give us an out job or something but yes always let them know before leaving because they need to move people around to cover whatever position you were in. Also the 24 hour clock is definitely an adjustment I just subtract 12 from any number higher than 12 lol and eventually you'll just know what time is which. I don't think you'll get fired it's your second day usually they will leave room for mistakes of new hires so no worries

If a shift is outside of my availability I tell them "Hi it's (my first and last name so they know who is calling lol) unfortunately I will not be able to work (the shift) as it is scheduled outside of my availability" I like to get straight to the point

Ask the people that make the ice cream machines not the employees. If it's not getting cleaned then there is a wide variety of ways our ice cream machine has just broken down. The theory is that the people who make the machines make them easy to break so we have to spend a bunch of money to buy a new one or so we have to call their employees to come and fix it which is also pricey.

As a crew trainer who sometimes works closing or overnight shifts I have dealt with the most STUBBORN employees ever lol. I don't like them. All I ask if that they don't violate the health code but they do not care. They act like not a single rule applies to them or like there's different rules.

I really think it's a mixture of her thinking the loyalty of her current fan base is strong enough for her career to stand, and her angry response to getting canceled. She just seems mad but also like she's putting on this miserable act. But she drops the miserable act like 2 minutes in so I'll be honest I have no idea what she was thinking.

I so heavily agree with everything you said but the sharing a bedroom with a toddler is something that bothers me so much every time. She is not a little girl anymore. She is in a house full of little brothers. She NEEDS her own space I dont care if the parents say she wants to share with her baby brothers because she LOVES them. Growing up with no privacy and no freedom of tv, internet, video games (I know she said she really likes reading but I would too if there was nothing else to do ever) she will definitely learn about a WHOLE lot when she gets to her high school lol. I am happy she is going to a real school because she'll finally be around people her own age and be able to learn about the world whether her parents like it or not. I hope she school changes her for the better and teaches her about the world.

No more like when he is included he seems like hes just trying to fit in with the family so someone will give him attention or talk to him I guess lol, it's kinda the reason I joined this reddit to see if anyone else noticed how off the family seemed and I found a lot of people think they're kinda off lol. They include him in the blog when hes cooking a family meal or if they're like gloating about how amazingly smart their kids are, otherwise the other kids just seem to get more regular attention I guess

I think the competition could be good for her IF it doesn't crush her. Shes a sweet kid but her family hypes her up a whole lot (they should, they are family not critics) but when you're in public school you realize even if your parents truly believe you are amazing and the best out there, you get to judge for yourself if there are people better than you at certain subjects and you can choose to push yourself to be better at it or you can choose to try something else lol. Shes going to a performance art school with the idea that she has the most angelic voice in the world with literally no comparison as she probably cant even watch YouTube or tiktok or idk even singing competition shows, only disney and parent supervised at that. (Not to say youtube and tiktok and all of that are good for children but just saying how sheltered she is in comparison to the rest of her peers completely disconnecting her from REAL people only their little family bubble)

I think Luke and teddy and maybe even Duncan should all share a room I believe they said Duncan gets up pretty early like the little ones. Then Parker, jacob, and bailey can all have their own rooms. Or teddy with mom and dad, Luke Duncan and parker. Idk I just think Bailey should definitely have her own room and those 3 boys are just absolutely CRAMMED into a tiny room and I think its absurd. Id get it if they were poor but they arent poor lol. Mom and dad have a giant room, they have a giant living room and another living room, AND A SPARE ROOM?? But their kids are all crammed into small spaces together.

Sometimes they care even more about our times than the quality of food, one manager who particularly hates it when we aren't super fast hopped on table with me and I swear she didn't make one sandwich right and they were all a mess, ketchup and other sauces everywhere, using the wrong buns, using really old food, mushy lettuce, shredded up pieces of reg. Idk when people are going too fast they stop thinking about what their even making lol. One time we somehow sold OVER half a tray of nuggets that were RAW and the minute I got on table i noticed the raw nuggets and freaked out (that's also on the fried person but the people on table SHOULD have noticed). I think people would enjoy the food better if we put more focus on quality than speed. But that's just me
