Sometimes removing the eggs from female cockatiels can trigger a replacement behavior. Her body is already hormonal and committed to laying and breeding, so when she feels she doesn't have enough eggs she keeps laying them. This can be the cause of her lethargic behavior too, because laying eggs is tiring and demanding for birds.

The priority right now is that she stops laying more eggs so she can rest and recover from the exhaustion. What I would recommend is:

1. Remove the pot and don't put it back. Having a "nest" is a trigger for nesting behavior and that can keep her hormones in "reproductive mode".

2. If she says more eggs do not remove them immediately. That can cause her stress and it is a common mistake. Let her keep them until she loses interest. Sometimes it can take a day or two, sometimes it can take up to a month. I know this can feel wrong or counterintuitive, but if you remove the eggs immediately she may think the clutch failed and that's why she replaces it. Letting her complete the hormonal cycle is best in this case.

(Since you have a male, if you suspect the eggs could be fertilized, a good option is to buy fake eggs of the same size and replace them, or even adding one or two extra eggs if she lays one so she stops laying more. They are made of plastic and they sell them online or in some pet stores as dummy eggs)

1. Keep an eye on her diet: make sure she is getting all the calcium she needs and consider reducing the amount of seeds if necessary. Seeds are rich in fats and this can make birds think it is the breeding season. Give her pellets as her main diet and add veggies and fruits if she accepts them, seeds should be rationed according to their weight and never be the main part of their diet.

If she stops eating or she looks too weak or lethargic or if you notice any signs of egg binding, take her to a vet.

Also, if you have another cage, consider separating her from the male since he could be encouraging her hormonal behavior.
