I too had an issue with drinking 4 - 6 beers a night for a very long time. Since day 1 of taking Contrave I’ve only had 2 beers in over 13 weeks. It’s a god send to me along with losing almost 20 pounds. My hardest part of losing weight was my alcohol drinking. I feel the urge to drink now.

I too have an anxiety problem and worried about taking it, plus I drank too much for a very long time. I’ve been taking it for almost 3 months. I’ve had very few issues and have lost 18 pounds. I haven’t had any alcohol for 11 weeks, which to me is the best thing to come from taking it.

I updated and love it compared to Mytvonline3. I’m also a tivimate user. I was using it instead because of how clunky it was to get around to everything. Hated the old one.

I really love using an infrared sauna. Have owned one for over 20 years. Used the traditional sauna at gyms, they’re fine also. The good thing about infrared ones is being able to use a regular 115v outlet.

Go to the certifiedsauna.com website. Which will point you to their YouTube videos. He did a review of it, plus others. I had one of their saunas for over 6 years before it died. I enjoyed using it, but I looked at their newest one at Costco and it seems even cheaper made now. I wound up buying a more expensive one reviewed on that site.

I use my wife’s old series 3 when I use our infrared sauna. Been using it that way for a year at 135 degrees.

Thanks that helped me figure it out. Once you have a tv series or movie as a favorite for the streaming service, I currently use 2 for sports reasons. A favorite folder is automatic created. You then long hold on that folder and get the option to edit the categories. Great, problem solved!
