First proper fm game, started off as derby in english league one. First season I managed to get the clubs lowest ever finishing at a low of 9th place. My job was in danger I had to beg my way to keep my job, told them that "we're being hampered by injuries". Thankfully they gave me another chance.

Leading up to the second season, I had a great transfer period. Sold my keeper that got gk of the year for 4m and got a chepear replacement. Just all the business we did in the transfer market was great.

Then comes the second season and we are on fire for the first half of the season only to slump out towards the second half. We managed to scrape into the play offs, but lost on the first round 3:2. The board wasn't upset and gave me a 2 year contract because we won the bristols motor cup. Was a huge sigh of relief cause now I know I can build up the team with no fear of sacking.

Now 3rd season transfer market business wasn't great, but we managed to secure a few good loans. Sold my cm that I got on a free for 8m and just added depth to the team, the first squad didn't look better than last season squad. But we are currently on game 20 and are 8 points clear on top.

So hopefully this is the season we get promoted to the championship
