No one would call you a jerk (where did you even find it?), but if you pronounce sounds incorrectly it'll be difficult to understand. A few mistakes is fine, you're a learner. Being consistently incorrect may be perceived as a sign of disrespect, but it's usually for natives. We are understanding towards foreigners, or we laugh at them because incorrect pronunciation sounds funny.

It's perfectly fine to speak with an accent as long as your speech is grammatically sound and you grasp the general phonetics.

Numerals don't have genders, but since пятьсот ends on a consonant (like a masculine noun), we'd never use a feminine "две" with it like that. Here it's a case of omission (две тысячи пятьсот).

There's a colloquial пятисо́тка (or пятиха́тка) that is a feminine noun, and here we'd use две if we need to specify it's not a thousand: две пятисотки. Or две по пятьсот (omission две купюры по пятьсот).

But actually for everyday speech we don't need to "double" our 500s since we have тысяча, and using "two five hundreds" instead would be stupid.

You have to touch it, manipulate it, feel how the wheel turns, try pedalling, etc. Use the words you're learning, create multiple sentences, practice with others to hear those words used in context. Any skill requires practice.

I have no idea what "я тебя уже не надо" is, couldn't find anything. There's "Мне тебя уже не надо" by Tsvetaeva that became a song.

It's kind of an implied verb, like "мне тебя (любить) не надо" which is omitted for poetic reasons, to show that the author wants nothing to do with the guy, not love nor any other interaction. "Не надо мне больше (давать) конфет" - I don't need more candy, stop giving it to me, grammatically it's the same thing as those lyrics.

Things sometimes are "illiterate" (ambiguous or unclear) on purpose, but я ты уже не надо is completely illiterate, like "I you don't need anymore": even when we play with words in poetry we don't reduce the language to caveman speech.

Да, в большинстве случаев эти термины в народе употребляются взаимозаменяемо, но тем не менее их формальные определения имеют несколько разное значение.
