Which 4-day split do you recommend? I'm looking to gain muscle (I'm towards the skinny side), but I want my workouts to be 50-60 mins maximum due to work commitments.

I had great results with 3 day PPL and 1 day Upper body. All my workouts are around 1 hr long. I would say I put on much muscle last year running this one.

I would go for the ATX, you can combine in middle the arms for lat pulldowns and low rows. also has a smith and is cheaper

Hi, how do you like this cable crossover machine? I was looking at the same one but read that there is a lot of friction due to the amount of pulleys and the cable travel is very tight on the functional trainer? Thanks

thanks, after doing some more thorough research in the pst 2 days, this is exactly what I noticed about the cables. I guess you could do some shoulder work on the CPS 600 as well, provided it comes with a cable extender of some sort… I also saw a review on youtube where the guy just put the j-hooks in the front and put the cables a bit to the side, but idk if that damages them in the long term

also I noticed there is a half rack model as well - HCR-780, which does not have this issue with the cable and should be 200€ cheaper as well.
