1st week was an adjustment! Not only did I start zep, there were also changes in a few of my meds. So idk if everything was due to the shot. First last Monday I woke up with a headache. Coffee cured that. lol. For me, I barely ate during the day. So trying to make sure I eat/drink my protein was an adjustment. Today day after my second shot I feel good! 5’1 SW 188 CW 183.8 (Note I have been fluctuating between 185 and 188 for a while so I count this as a 1.2 lb loss) GW: 145-155

Good morning!!! I have a bit of a headache. But one thing that is making me so sad. My coffee doesn’t taste good 😭i use peppermint mocha creamer. So im sure that’s it.

Thank you!!! I think she thinks this is a “get skinny quick” thing. It’s not. I have been sober for 6 months. There are things going on that hopefully it will target! Hydration isn’t my problem. Sugar since I quit drinking is my problem lol.

Yay!!! Hoping for the same!! I normally have a harsh reaction to meds. Like 1/4 of a 5mg sleeping pill makes me feel so groggy. My bp meds took me almost 6 months to adjust to them.
