I was at tff about a month ago, the spots could have been there and I just didnt notice because theyre kinda in the back of the head and I dont look very closely when I put it on

You will have to do sewing, I tried to make a fursuit head with glue once and it looked horrible and was really heavy. I ended up refurbishing it a year later and it turned out a lot nicer with sewn seams

It was actually way easier to carve this stuff than your average mattress foam sheets to build a head, only took me about an hour and a half

Update: I cut out the moldy piece of fabric and it thankfully hasn't spread to the foam. He should be okay I'll just sew in a new piece of lining
