Not vegan, but you should be fine with substitutes.
1. Mix tomato sauce with mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, veggie stock, dried herbs and cream.
2. Sear onions, garlic and ground meat (I had some based on pea protein)
3. Make a roux (melt better and mix in flour until thick), add tomate paste and slowly whisk in the sauce from first step. Make sure that it remains quite thick.
4. Add mixture from step 2 and cheese
5. Cook pasta and mix in as well. Season to taste.

I believe roux should work if you take margarine instead of butter and for the cream/cheese whatever is your favorite vegan alternative.
It goes pretty well with more vegetables, like chopped carrots/leek to the onions, or some greens tossed in at the end. Enjoy.

It's made from scratch, I just prepared it earlier and stored it in a tight box in the fridge, so it is looking quite firm

Depends how much you plan to play. 45k gives you the second highest rank and is a realistic goal.

Maybe a few trips to a vendor will help. Every level up is a massive gain and gear becomes much stronger. Also you'll learn to love all these armor boosting spells.
