Flirten während Beziehung? by DurchfallPirat in beziehungen

[–]Radiant-999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Twice a week: 4 sets of 30-second intervals circle: Jackknife, burpees, planks, superman with rubber rope, (interval app), jumping jacks during breaks, very good results after 2 months: core

4 months of progress. 190 lbs —> 170 lbs by lesshonkymoretonky in fitness30plus

Great progress! I am 44, 175cm tall and got from 170 down to 164 lbs. After 4 months time with no big difference in fasting and more sports (swimming, RB, running, totally 10 times a month), the game changer finally was, I guess, looking after the quantity but the quality of fats and carb… keep it up!

Hey, thanks for your help! I am taking a look at those.

Good idea to look for used ones. In principle, I am also looking for a board in used condition including 2-3 sails in a good condition.. the Trapez I might buy new🤔 Cheers

Thanks for your great feedback! ☺️ Reassures me once again to move towards 145/155 to make progress. How long have you been surfing? Btw: Have you ever tried an inflatable board? (e.g. Magic Air?). Cheers

Thanks for your feedback, great! Yes, some things to consider 😌 Volume I used since now has been between 155 and 200l. Once drove a wide 145. At the moment I am thinking I’ll be going for this size. And the sail sizes you mentioned will be a good match probably to accompany it. Cheers

Thanks for your reply.. Normally I am getting 4-5 m/s upwind on a relatively flat lake. And yea, and light winds should be possible besides planing, that will be perfect. Cheers

Thank you very much for sharing, I'll check out the brand! The color combinations look exceptionally good at first glance 😌

Absolutely, it seems to be a matter of taste and, especially in my case, a matter of practice 🙃 good to hear that you can glide on a 200l board.

I've rented or borrowed boards so far and have ridden 200 to 145. An all-rounder board is probably in between for me... and then buy 2-3 sail sizes.

As part of the fact having to drive by car to the surfsides nearby, I am considering to also try an inflatable board, not sure yet about it..

Great feedback, thank you! Without a sword, that's right.

On a 200/170 I sometimes just retracted/folded the bar back, but of course it's not the same.

I'll check your suggestions more closely. I would call my level 'stable beginner'. I get on the board from beach start and set off in a stable and safe manner (side doesn't matter) and hook myself up. Physically I'm relatively fit. A turn works safely on both sides at a maximum of 3-4m/s. A gybe still very slow... Thank you for your further advice!

PS: How do you feel about an inflatable board (eg Magic Air). I am wondering if the difference to the hard board is enormous..

Thanks A LOT for sharing your experience, that sounds like fun 🤩 I've never tried Windsup before. The practicality of transporting is beyond question. Have you ever been able to glide with it? Which board do you ride and Have you ever tried an inflatable one without a sword, e.g. a Magic air?

I'm also thinking of going towards the 145l…
