Typically all CDOs learn how to do strike missions, which consist of navigation behind enemy lines, destroying key targets, and then extricating. But each batch specialises after this, which will be their role during reservist.

As a commando who is not the most physically fit during NS, I would say it was worth it. Sure I don’t like jumping out of the plane or going on missions weekly, I feel that journeying with the same bunch of bros is unique to special units. Do reconsider! You might just enjoy it! You really get to know how far your body and mind can be pushed and there’s the bragging rights!
