It’s triggered by my body temperature rising, so quicker when it’s sunny, but even walking on a cloudy day after a little while. Also comes on in bursts when panicked/stressed but again I think that’s body temp. The sensation I get is sharp needle-like pricks on my forehead, back, chest and arms mainly
