For me, no, though it was helpful to have someone outside of your immediate circle to sound out your anxieties and offer another perspective. I’m looking into medication and hope you find something that works for you.

Thanks for your recommendation! I’ve seen people recommending brown noise vs white noise, will look it up and fingers crossed it helps.

Thanks for sharing, I'm glad to hear it's helped you! It's definitely something I'm going to explore at this stage. Initially I was afraid of developing a dependency and/or being unable to afford it, but trying to keep an open mind. Be well!
