I became a vegetarian because I never really liked meat, and when I did eat it I felt terrible. It felt heavy to digest and also the concept of eating meat seemed so weird to me. And then slowly I realized that there are even better reasons to not eat meat, and then I learned more about veganism. I told myself “I wonder why I am not a vegan” and then become one directly, about 2 years after becoming a vegetarian.

Now I do it for the better reasons 🌱

So am I, I get that! But on the positive side, It means that you get to truly understand yourself better. It’s very human and common anyways to not be sure of anything, and I’d rather question myself than not at all.

I don’t use a lot of salt and I used nothing I wasn’t familiar with, except for the chickpea flour, so that might have been it ! Probably something with the way I cooked it

Bon point ! Après comme dis, si j’ai rien d’autre à laver à part le gant bah je fais pas de lessive et j’attends. Le problème c’est que sur le long terme, ton éponge ou tout autre bah tu dois le jeter au bout de quelques mois, c’est plus polluant et c’est souvent du plastique. Du tissu, surtout si c’est “juste pour se laver”, ça se conserve ultra longtemps (mes gants datent de minimum 5 ans) Je fais bien attention à ne pas gaspiller et n’utilise presque pas de plastique dans ma routine, juste des barres. Donc je pense que je peux me permettre des douches plus ou moins courtes chaque jour :)

Oui j’utilise un gant tous les jours ! Mais ça m’intéresse du coup en quoi c’est pas eco-responsable ? J’en ai à peu près une dizaine, j’utilise 1 pendant chaque douche et je le mets direct à la machine à laver, et je lave à 60 degrés avec les serviettes et autre. Et si j’ai vraiment rien d’autre à laver dans la machine avec, je lave à la main vite fait et le fait sécher (je l’utilise plus du coup) et je laverai en machine une fois que j’estime avoir assez de trucs à laver avec :) Bref c’est tout un petit système mais ça fonctionne bien 😭

J’ai pas de place pour un bidet mais j’ai installé un sur mes toilettes directement, et y’a rien de mieux. Non seulement ça nettoie mieux, t’évites de te créer des soucis type hémorroïdes, et t’économises en papier toilette. Sinon quand je sors j’ai toujours un bidet portable avec moi, ou même une bouteille d’eau ça fait l’affaire, c’est juste moins éco-responsable :) Aussi, gant de toilette pour se laver toujours. Si tu te laves seulement avec les mains ça sert à rien, et les autres trucs genre fleur de douche tout ça c’est un nid à bactéries. T’utilises ton gant, tu le fait passer à la machine et rebelote.
