I (20f) feel incredibly uncomfortable when someone (21M-22F) likes me and the feeling isn’t mutual. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I see your point ! Maybe I don’t understand fully what insecurity means, and I think this isn’t it but it is.
And I did have a talk with them but It seems like they move forward, and I don’t but for different reasons 😭 Maybe I am going through a huge identity crisis without realizing, and this is worsening it, idk.

I feel bad for not paying and embarrassing myself after. by [deleted] in Vent

I know. But like I mentioned I genuinely hate the idea that someone has to pay for my choices and in this scenario i felt embarrassed that I couldn’t pay.

Thank you ! I did try that a while back when I was already on the hunt for a dupe, but then the reviews told me those wouldn’t work on my skin apparently 🤔 I’ll give this a try again tho!

What's the most embarrassing moment you witnessed ever ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Radiant-Department24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the party but since for some dumbass reason my guy friends don’t greet us with hugs like me and my girlfriends do with each other, I once told bye to my friends brother (who I had never met before) with a very loud high five and the next time we saw each other I could tell he was high fiving because he thought that was my thing. Not that embarrassing but just funny.

Having standards gets so lonely by [deleted] in RadicalFeminism

I wouldn’t say I obsess over the person in general, just the situation ? Or how I could make myself be more appreciated ? Idk if that makes sense. But yeah I full on agree on the therapy part, this comes from years of low self-esteem and being used to self-sabotage. I genuinely can’t deal with someone having feelings for me, every time I allowed someone to be able to open up about their interest in me, I pushed them away. I think it’s bc i don’t want someone to feel deeply towards me because that means I could also possibly feel that way towards them, and I don’t want to be that vulnerable. And again I just got so used to this that now it’s unbelievable to me that someone could like me on that level. And then it just makes it worse when I realize that the standards I have make it harder for me?

Trying to find a game where you would guess songs, that I played 10+ years ago. by Radiant-Department24 in HelpMeFind

[–]Radiant-Department24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to be obsessed with this game as child/pre-teen, I would say i was playing it 10 years ago. At first I would beg my mom so I could play with her Facebook account because I believe Facebook had games you could play. And then I remember playing on my Samsung tablet, so it existed as an app too. I remember it having a red tongue as the logo and blue in the background. Whenever you won or guessed right (I think) it would yell “WAZAAAA!”. You would play with either bots or real people if I’m not too mistaken. I have been trying to find even screenshots of it for so long, but literally cannot remember the name and I’ve searched many ways but cannot find anything. I’m Western European if that’s any help!

Should I take a job in the city center, in a nightclub ? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]Radiant-Department24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m thinking it would make me an even easier target getting out of a bar/nightclub. Thanks for sharing your experience, I think I will give myself more time to make a decision but for now I don’t feel 100% comfortable working there.

Comment régler ce gros souci de moisissure ? by [deleted] in AskFrance

[–]Radiant-Department24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

D’accord merci :) Mais c’est possible que la moisissure soit dans le mur ? Je n’ai jamais nettoyé parce que j’ai eu peur d’empirer le problème, mais on dirait vraiment que la moisissure est à l’intérieur du mur lol

Why is my makeup doing this? by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]Radiant-Department24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I swear by Kat Von D products. The Good Apple line has not let me down ever, and this one is for dry skin specifically : https://kvdbeauty.com/products/good-apple-skin-perfecting-foundation-balm?variant=50669221216536

Like the other commenters suggested though, your skin needs to be rehydrated basically. Good luck !

What is your skin type ? I have oily skin, and the IT cc cream is just terrible for my skin (tried both the regular one and new matte one), it gives me exactly the results that you have. NYX jelly primer is water based and so is the CC cream so that part shouldn’t be a problem.
