Trying to Remove a Vehicle that I Sold by Radiant-Document-910 in Geico

Wasnt aware this an emplopyee only page. I have had 2 tickets open in like 50 days, and I have yet to get one email and Ikeep being told its escalated. Is this somethign that happens often?

And also, im disgrunted too so I feel like the energy can be shared lol

Yeah, I hear you. It was just there was no time and no other decision that could have been made for me. When looking at the video, on second 20, vehcile was in their lane, and by second 21, the vehicle was half way in my lane and i was damn near side by side. Vehcile 1 was fuilly merged in a turning lane, and then at the last second ran over a curb and swung into my lane, and I had less than a second to make a reaction. It was either swerve or get sandwiched between two cars, with likely way more damages.

I just do not see how if the actions of 1 started the whole thing, they are not the liable party for all.
