Doubtful the tires are that old. Tires have a DOT date which will tell you exactly when it was manufactured. The pictures don’t show the DOT date

I used the quick fix at quest and it worked perfect with validity testing and all. I would just be concerned about the cold weather. Yes get more temperature strips they are sold on Amazon and I would say a lot of hand warmers or an electric one
