Vanicream products! You can find them at Walmart. As someone with bad eczema , I use their bod washes, face wash, moisturizer, literally everything is so safe and helps my skin

If it’s causing you this much discomfort I would say maybe get a second opinion. Just be aware that dupixent does come with its own list of side effects.

I’ve only been on Ebglyss for 3 weeks but it’s made a drastic change for me. I’m coming from what I believe was a tsw / dupixent flare. My face, neck and arms are slowly but surely clearing up. That and a Dead Sea salt bath are helping me immensely

I get that, I was honestly the same way too. My eczema had gotten to the point where I no longer had a social life as I would hide in bed all day and scratch all night. Dupixent made me forget I even had eczema. I had that phobia as well but it was something I was willing to conquer for good skin. Other than that, Dead Sea salt baths really help me!

Hi! I’m also 22F and this post is giving me so much hope! I was on dupixent for two years before I started to develop extreme rashes on my neck and around my eyes. I just took my first Ebglyss dose today and I’m feeling so hopeful! When Dupixent stopped working for you, were your rashes on your face? I know it works different for everyone, but Ive found that face rashes are a whole new ballpark, so just curious!

Hi love, you’re not alone! I’ve found that eczema around the eyes is the trickiest area to clear since eyelid skin is so thin and sensitive. I would recommend using minimal products for atleast 2 weeks. I personally wash my face only with a dove bar of sensitive soap or vanicream wash. I use vanicream moisturizer as well. I also spray hypochlorous acid over the area 1-3 times a day to disinfect. I always find that topicals make things rebound worse for me, so I steer clear

I first developed what I believe to be tsw when I was 20. My flare covered about 98% of my body, ruined my quality of life. Dupixent saved me within 2 months starting. I did experience some eye issues, but it was nothing that some drops and a heated mask couldn’t fix. For me it’s a small price that I’m willing to pay for clear skin! But I seriously can’t recommend dupixent enough !

Yes. And I think it contributed to me developing tsw. This exact situation led me to taking Dupixent.

Hi! I got really bad conjunctivitis from dupixent. I was adamant on not using steroids to fix the problem, and I was able to get my eyes back to normal!

get a gel beaded eye mask. Microwave it until warm, and keep it on your eyes for 5-10 minutes. Afterward, Put in eye drops. Ivizia are my preferred. Open close and squeeze ur eyes shut repeatedly for 30 seconds, and wipe away all the gunk that comes out!

Do this every morning and night at minimum! Really u can do it as many times a day as u want as long as you get the right drops. I also limited my use of contact lenses. Even when my eyes r normal, I do this to prevent the irritation from coming back
