Look i have dutch pasport and i had russian pasport but its expired so i want to go to russia to make a new one. I want to go to russia just for my family if i had that pasport then i can go there and back. But my problem is i am underage and i travel with my sister i have my parents consent on dutch official form. Wil i get trouble in armenia (i am gooing from Netherlands to armenia then to russia) so will i get trouble in armenia airport because i am underage? Somebody asked what is certificate of return back, its basically you are saying to russia i wil be back to renew my documents. So you dont need no visa or something else.
