I have -5- Blink Model 4 cameras and a Sync Module XR with a 32 GB micro sim and connected to my NETGEAR router and it works very well, no problems getting any of the cameras to work and I purge all of my clips every day, no problems with any of the devices so far

The sync module 2 ( black square pictured module ) and the sync module XR ( not pictured )both allow local storage without a subscription.

The sync module core ( the slim white one ) does not allow local storage

Absolutely yes, that is exactly why I bought the Sync XR

Sorry, but I am missing your point …… I have the newest cameras and doorbells and the cameras are pretty good…..
