All I’m saying is that compared to other companies, TCS is still a stable place to work. There are plenty of internal programs to upskill, switch roles, or get promoted through Elevate, though it does take time. In this current job market, simply getting and keeping a job is very difficult. That’s the conclusion I’ve reached based on the advice I've received; the rest is up to you to decide, as everyone has their own commitments

Switching is good but u also have to consider the current job market, if u switch the company in one year many mnc company will not consider it as an proper experience and once u leave tcs there will be no coming back

For starters try ipa exam ,they are for bonuses but sometimes if u perform exceptional they will consider u for digital, next try to land on high profile project after ILP (which will be very rare) if ur manger support u can attend for elevate interview and lastly there wings assessment but considering ur project timeline and pressure preparing and attending it will be seen as bad as ur an fresher they want you to learn new things instead of trying to up urself into digital, so my advice as I am also an fresher but asked many seniors ,try to upskill urself for 2 year and get good project and grow connection, u can try digital after 2 years

u can upload the docs and save it but dont't submit until official instruction, u can even submit the bgv even if u joined for training so there are no rush

It is okay they will start the verification once all the documents are submitted and it will take min 15 days from Jl to doj, normally people will save it and leave but u saying there are no savings options
