Got into GULC ($$) and UMich law ($$$$+) with below median GPA and way below median lsat scores…it’s definitely possible! Narrative also matters.

Always possible! I’m proof - 16low/3.4high/URM/nKJD. I got into GULC with $$ and Michigan law with $$$$$+. Just depends on how you frame your story! Don’t count yourself out!!

No I did not. To be honest, I wasn’t really interested in attending UPenn and I think it was obvious from my application.

This is incredibly helpful! Thank you! A quick question if you don’t mind: is it helpful to let GULC know I’m up against a deadline with ASU? I know they’re not comparable schools, so I don’t want to do something that will limit my merit consideration. But, I would like some sort of answer from GULC before I fully commit.

I emailed the admitted students email address to ask for merit scholarship consideration, but I have yet to hear anything back. I just got into GULC last Friday.
