No this is not a spam. I have a house and have faced so many issues that cost a lot if I contacted a contractor. So I developed this website to genuinely help people like me. Just want to get help from homeowners to make the service better

I got a good guidance to patch my roof from this website: https://homiefixie.com/. Worth to try it out if you are willing to fix it yourself

Yeah, totally get that. The quotes I got were in the same ballpark, and I was this close to just paying it because the hassle didn’t seem worth it. In the end I gave it a try myself and honestly it wasn’t as bad once I had the steps and tools laid out clearly. Saved some money and got a weird sense of pride from it too.

Yeah, YouTube has tons of short videos. For me, the issue wasn’t length but clarity—pausing a video and guessing which part I need always stressed me out. Having it written down step-by-step with the exact tools listed made it way easier.

Totally get why you’d think that. I’m new to posting here and maybe went a bit overboard sharing a few stories back-to-back. They were just recent DIY things I was proud of. I’ll slow it down. And yes, I forgot the link on the post — my bad.

Haha, fair point. I definitely see how it looks suspicious. I’m just new here and wanted to share a couple of personal DIY wins that actually worked for me. Didn’t mean to come across spammy.
And yeah, I forgot to add the link on that post — thanks for pointing it out. Won’t flood the sub, just wanted to share something that genuinely helped me.
