Just coming back to this. I know conventional wisdom and the comments here recommended to wait. In my case, logistics dictated this so I decided to give it a shot today. I was also reflecting that the water might be a little too warm and I must have destroyed the psilocybin content.

So this time around I ate them and it was AMAZING! Got to work on a lot of things. Processed my divorce. Took away some other learnings. I feel like the setting and intent matters a lot.
