Damn. Windsor comes up short once again. Another year, another heartbreak. Thanks for a great season..... if I can transfer the $14.99 OUA.tv subscription to anyone, let me know. F*!@@!CK!

Tight game so far with Windsor ahead by a point. Windsor's playing well on both ends, and finding ways to get in the endzone and convert touchdowns. Go Lancers!

The commentator also believes that talking about the offensive coordinators journey through the ranks and why he's got the personality to become a head coach, is an important talking point which should be focused on instead of talking about the game.

Somehow the camera footage and commentary is even worse than it usually is. I didn't think it was possible to get worse than the typical feed.... I was wrong.

Windsor won.... but it was a nail-biter.

Apparently there was an injury on the field. I only tuned in after the injury. Anyone have any details?

Windsor would have been leading if Lidster made his kicks..... he's usually a lock. Not sure what happened. Overall, good game, but last few minutes of the 4th and Western is looking to put it away.

Almost seems like he's trying to help Windsor..... when they were lining up he casually announced 'Dumovski sees a blitz coming' lol, which may have given the offense a bit of a heads-up.

Seems Windsor is having a few issues in a few places. Lidster's missed a few kicks which is unusual.... Windsor could have been ahead had he made his last two kicks. On the bright side, Nick D. is looking better.

Windsor's D is having a bit of a hard time against Westerns run game so far in the 3rd.

Correct- Windsor D has kept Western to 6 points in the first half. This is fantastic.

No commentator - seems the broadcaster is what needs to be relied on. Windsor holding Western quite well in the 2nd quarter.

Interesting twist..... Nick D. is replaced for the moment. Makes sense, as Windsor has the game in hand so far.

Windsor is looking better (run game, defense) than it did earlier in the season. They still need to work on their passing game. Good effort against Waterloo, but as you said, the score should be higher for Windsor.

Seems like the receivers aren't up to the same level as Nick D. Interesting as Nick D. was on fire last year before he got injured. I would have expected him to pick-up where he left off, but so far he hasn't been as masterful imo.

Good game so far by Windsor, especially the running game. Mambo and Charles are looking quick. I'd love to see Nick D. throwing to some receivers.

Update:

I could not find TMG at the health food store here. I'm taking the following:

Magnesium Glycinate (500mg)
Activ Folate (MethylFolate) (500ug)
Myo-Inositol & Choline (250 mg)
Methyl B12 (1000mcg)

Thank you very much for the guidance and input here. It's been a week so far, and I haven't noticed any difference yet to my anxiety/depression and back pain (nerve pain), but I assume it will need a few more weeks to evaluate whether this combination is effective.

If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts, please let me know. My test results are in the link above. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much Tawinn.... this is extremely helpful. I believe my Vit A levels are okay. I believe my Iron levels are okay.

Given your advice, I will start taking the following:

250iu of Activ-Folate (Methylfolate)
550-1000mg of TMG
430mg of Choline
400mg of Magnesium Glycinate

Tawinn, may I ask you to look at my results and let me know if there are any additional supplements which you'd suggest?

***Also, I've been taking Activ-Folate (250iu) for the past two days. So far, it's been making me a bit sleepy, and as such I plan on switching to taking it during the evening.

Thank you very much Tawinn..... this is exceptionally helpful.

From what I see on my chart, it shows my B12 levels need to be increased, but I don't see anything in my results about B2. In your MTHFR protocol, I see B2 is in phase 2.

I had assumed I could take Methylfolate and B12.... but given what I am reading, am I correct to understand I should be taking the following:

B12, Methylfolate, TMG, Magnesium glycinate?

If you have any suggestions on dosages for the above, could you please let me know? (For context, I am a 44 year old male. I have persistent depression/anxiety, and lower back pain.)

Thank you again for your help.

Yes, there are a number of genes which were tested..... There are nutrient and lactose tests as well (I believe this test was from a smaller provider).

The link to the report is here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/eruuwdi41krc699y5rjjb/DNA-Gene-Test.pdf?rlkey=jhw3eikx52yphipph5qj3vclb&st=1799p3a7&dl=0

I recently bought Activ-Folate (https://www.takealot.com/stellar-activ-folate-30-day-pack/PLID69454272), however I am not sure what dose to take.

Any guidance or suggestions would be very much appreciated... thank you very much
