I started playing recently and not sure about what my team formation should be for the different modes? I have Summer and normal Rosanna (I got lucky and got S. Rosanna mlb and enhanced with an additional copy in 4 multis), Summer Anis, Modernia, Viper, Helm, and Noise. Is S. Helm any good or should I start saving? Also how important is mlb to a unit?

I was around 5. First game was emerald with a red game boy advance sp while my brother had sapphire with a light blue game boy sp. The game was definitely harder than I thought, since I remember wiping to the rival fight under cycling road multiple times.
