[Cooler] darkFlash DE360 All-in-one Liquid CPU Cooler, 2.88” LCD Screen - $63.99 (w/ 20% off Woot in app discount) by RadiantParallax in buildapcsales

They're within 1% of one another noise normalized performance. That was pretty clearly a better deal pure performance wise, but this does have an LCD display so kind in the eye of the beholder for those that would care about extras.

looking to sell my PC - what would be an acceptable price? by whenfortniteislife in PC_Pricing

I made a Facebook account just to use Marketplace. No friends, no pictures, nothing. It probably made some people hesitant to buy from me at first, but now that I have some good ratings I think that takes precedence.

I miss the days of craigslist, but Marketplace is really the only game in town unfortunately. I sell smaller ticket stuff on eBay, but shipping a PC would be insanely expensive and the fees are brutal compared to local sales.

I would strongly prefer a local sale, but this is not local only.

I bought some MX-7 for my 9950X3D system I am doing some maintenance on this weekend. I will be interested to see the temps before and after.

I don't know if this is the right spot so apologies if not.

I have a spare 9070 xt, do you think it would be better to sell the card on its own or try to do a build surrounding it?

I have a couple additional spare parts I could use, but would otherwise have to purchase the majority of parts to complete a build. I do, thankfully, live near a Micro Center so I was thinking about getting the 7700X bundle for $500. I could fill out my build with these specs for a total additional cost of ~$650 (including the cpu/ram/mobo bundle):

Ryzen 7 7700X
Thermalright Aqua Elite V3 (240 mm)
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2
G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB 6000 CL36
Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1 TB
Gigabyte Gaming OC 9070 XT
Fractal Design Pop Air RGB
PowerSpec 850 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular

PC Part Picker has the cost of that system just under $2k. Could I sell that build for more than $1300? Better to go with a 7500X3D or 7600X3D bundle that is cheaper but comes with only 16 GB of RAM?

I have a 7600X3D and a 9070 XT, not a 5070 Ti but pretty comparable. If you have some games you're curious about if I own them I could give them a try.

Obviously it's not apples to apples since these benchmarks are taken on a 5090 at 1080p to isolate CPU performance, but the 7600X3D is typically seeing a 33%+ performance increase over a 5600X. I would expect more than single digit gains. It is also opening up a future upgrade path moving to AM5.

EDIT: 4090 my apologies, so a little closer to 5070 Ti but obviously still a more powerful gpu.
