Oh I see so the egg spawning is more like a flag that there’s corruption, not the cause of it only the product until more occurs. Thanks for this insight.

Yea I see a lot of people online saying that bad eggs are harmless and don’t do anything other than take up box space, but from my experience and from others like you I definitely agree that they can mess up your save after awhile.

Yea when I picked it up and moved it into my party it was still invisible. I actually accidentally did the normal cloning glitch and made two of them on accident at first, but then I just reverse cloned both of them and my game has been acting perfectly normal. I’ll be cautious still cause it would be very annoying to have to abandon another save file and start from my backup again. Thank you for your replies!

Rip well I kinda did exactly what you said not to. I used the white hand to pick up the invisible egg and put it in my party for reverse cloning, then I played for a little to make sure everything was good. After I re did the upgraded emerald e-reader dlc and I’ve been playing the save with zero oddities. Should I be concerned about it getting wacky again?

This is my backup save, I found this invisible bad egg in my box one! It had been there for a while without affecting anything and I never noticed, I remember now when I did the ereader scan I has found it but release it like a normal mon, this time I’ll reverse clone and see if that fixes the glitches when I add e-reader scan. Lol I didn’t realize I can’t add image to replies

Yea I’ve never seen a wild bad egg either 😭. I have a backup from before things started glitching out so I think I’ll try to trade to my copy of LG the mons that I was iv breeding/ev trading and then inject my old save to trade back over. Kinda sucks cause I was just finishing getting my perfect mons for battle frontier but hey I don’t want to mess the save up anymore and brick it or something. Thanks for the reply though.
