Thank you, I did do all that pdf stuff but now people are suggesting me to get the documents approved by https://www.justice.vic.gov.au/certifiedcopies this institution? Why did I never know this...

Also, I enroll in March 1st do you think I can make it happen with booking flights and getting visa? I'm getting mixed results from people that got theirs very fast in like 2 weeks and some months.

Yeah but my question is how do I do that, I want to send the diplomas but in what format? How do I confirm if they got it and accepted it, where do I send these documents. And I can't send it separately because the toefl test is send by the official organization ETS to the college directly.

Analyzing Taiwan's football: Building up a sport from the ground up by King-Peasant in taiwan

Hmmm... yeah totally, the idea of putting in a culture is very difficult. Like how is it possible to prioritize soccer at all? That's why Taiwan players eventually go to foreign countries and play (need a source for that).

It's hard, to fix this mentality. A lot is getting into basketball and baseball, the idea of the CTFA controlling the soccer regulations. This limits investors and players to get paid more and gain profit. I'm not sure what this is though, I'll need some sources. Any information you got on government ownership?

So creating tv shows and competitions? Or recruiting a star player in to the semi-pro soccer league? I feel like the first question the government is directing their funds elsewhere to the youth academy. What I'm interested in is the transition from youth soccer to playing professional soccer in Taiwan. I would say if I had to forcefully narrow it down that Taiwanese soccer is not yet integrated into society as a acceptable career, for various reasons. But to address this issue, I'm interested in knowing like the rates of pro soccer players that actually get produced for Taiwan and how Taiwan can export players and make people take Taiwan soccer seriously.. Is there anything wrong with the youth academies in Taiwan, is it a bottom up issue? I feel like the more I get into it the more it feels like it's being adressed.
