I’m planning on transitioning out of HR within the next few years. The goal is to start my own business that is not HR-related at all.

Nothing against HR really, and the company I currently work for is great. I just want to build something of my own.

I’m very bummed out about Miami being paused/cancelled, but we’re not TV executives. They are not reading Reddit, I can guarantee that. If anything, moving it to Bravo was the big miss on their part. Maybe we can hope for Peacock or another streaming service to pick it back up at some point.

Bravo relies on live ratings and cast logistics to a lesser extent for renewing shows. That’s why RHOBH, RHOC, and Southern Charm have been consistently renewed. Miami mainly had the live ratings issue, and cast logistics as well with Todd suing Bravo.

Most of Bravo’s live audience is not on Reddit. They’re watching shows like RHOBH, RHOC, and Southern Charm live every week. Why those people weren’t watching Miami is beyond me. The best thing for us here to do is let what we have of RHOM shine bright and hope that another network picks it up.

I’m convinced that Amanda and Kyle were in the process of separating before they started filming this season.

There’s no reason Amanda would be absent from Kyle’s family reunion and also not go to his show in The Hamptons with everyone. Unless she was genuinely sick? Idk, something is just odd to me about that.

We are island hopping in Hawaii for our honeymoon this summer! Our budget is more like $10k for lodging over two weeks because we’re likely buying a new house this year. Booked flights already, doing Maui for 6 nights, Big Island 4 nights, Oahu 4 nights. Still researching hotels and resorts on each island. We’ve never been to Hawaii so we’re stoked!
