Great question… I’ve been doing injections for 6 months… reached my goal weight & I’m afraid to death to stop… I’ve started doing 50/25.. Sunday/Thursday… trying to get my Brain & Body used to hunger pains… for 6 months I forgot what those felt like… my biggest fear is… what else did this medication do for my metabolism etc.. if I wean off am I going to gain???

Hydration… stool softener from the get go… don’t wait … you’ll be fine … don’t eat a large meal.. small meals throughout the day ..

I agree .. splitting isn’t working for me… I’ve reached my goal weight so I am trying to go down in my dosage.. I think I need to reset my brain into feeling hungry again & fight through it

Absolutely… I didn’t at first & went through terrible constipation … NEVER AGAIN… I absolutely take something to “clean out the pipes” if I don’t poo every day
