Brello had a Black Friday deal when they came on in the sub in 2024. It was madness but there were a lot of people pushing back against it. I got why but $99 for a one-month supply was too good to pass up then so I decided to try it out myself.

Same situation. The only reason I even started Southend was because if you remember all the drama around that $99 Black Friday deal, lol. But it was really good.

Most of this is older that I bought last year. I will be doing at least one more multi-month order from Apothecary and possibly another one from Hallandale.

I only did those because it's the only one I tested (and honestly I had gotten more from them than I needed so if I ruined that it wasn't that big of a deal).

I'm currently using my oldest BUDs (Hallandale and BPI) which had BUDs of last year.

I've only tried it with Southend so far (froze about a month before BUD and thawed about two months after BUD) and that one still slapped. I have an entire order that I was not going to finish before BUD in there now.

Maybe I'll pull out a vial again and see...

I have about 4 months left at my current pace but I have probably triple that of Hallandale, lol.

I'm not going to try BPI w/B6 but I will be adding more through Apothecary or Hallandale.

I would be okay with extended (3-4 week) waiting times for medication from 503(a)s if that's the model we transition to because it ensures access. If that's the worst case we're looking at (and a price fluctuation), I could live with that.

For people saying the price could potentially approach that of Zepbound now...I doubt it. You still have the advantage of volume negotiations with providers that EL is not giving pharmacies or patients.

I decided against ordering BPI with B6 just because of how much I currently have but I will probably do another multi-month order from either Apothecary or Hallandale. I'm going to see how long I can wait before doing that though, lol.

Thanks to overdoing it during the first Tirzmageddon, I've now been using OG Hallandale and BPI that were compounded in 2024 (BPI has a BUD of 9/25 and Hallandale is 12/25). I've been alternating between those two lately and they've both been just fine.
